साथियो,

लोकतंत्र केवल चुनावों से नहीं चलता। उसकी शक्ति तीन स्तंभों से आती है—विधायिका, कार्यपालिका और न्यायपालिका। जब नागरिकों का विश्वास इन संस्थाओं में मजबूत होता है, तब राष्ट्र आगे बढ़ता है। जब विश्वास कमजोर पड़ता है, तब समाज में असंतोष, भय और अनिश्चितता बढ़ती है।

हमें किसी व्यक्ति या दल से ऊपर उठकर यह प्रश्न पूछना चाहिए कि क्या हमारी संस्थाएँ पारदर्शी हैं? क्या भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण है? क्या आम नागरिक को समय पर न्याय मिलता है? क्या प्रशासन जवाबदेह है? क्या सार्वजनिक धन का उपयोग जनता के हित में हो रहा है?

लोकतंत्र की सबसे बड़ी ताकत जनता की जागरूकता है। नागरिकों को तथ्यों, नीतियों, प्रदर्शन और जवाबदेही के आधार पर अपने निष्कर्ष बनाने चाहिए। मजबूत राष्ट्र वही होता है जहाँ संस्थाएँ मजबूत हों, कानून का शासन हो, और जनता का विश्वास बना रहे।

आइए, हम भय नहीं बल्कि विश्वास, निराशा नहीं बल्कि सुधार, और टकराव नहीं बल्कि जवाबदेही की संस्कृति को आगे बढ़ाएँ।
